Cancellation / Refund Policy
- Cancellations received more than 2 months before the conference start date: 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided.
- Cancellations received between 1 and 2 months before the conference start date: 20% refund of the registration fee will be provided.
- Cancellations received within 1 month of the conference start date: No refund will be provided.
- All refund requests must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the conference.
- Registration is not transferable.
